🗯️The objective of the YOUTHMINDS
project is to enhance the knowledge and competences of young people, to be able
to overcome and handle any challenges related to Mental Health!

📢During the hybrid meeting, which
occurred on the 29th & 30th of November 2022, the consortium examined the
final activities of Project Result 2 (PR2) that must be completed before
proceeding to the development of the platform (PR3)! Subsequently, the partners
proceeded to discuss deadlines, as well as matters related to Quality
Assurance, Evaluation and Dissemination.

📢The consortium finalized the project’s TPM3 in a hybrid form in Badajoz, Spain, where they examined the progress of PR3: The YOUTHMINDS Platform, PR4: InnerYOU Mobile Application and PR5: The GUIDEBOOK for setting up the YOUTHMINDS CHALLENGE, in order to prepare and organize for the Learning Teaching and Training activities that will follow in July and November of 2023.

Subsequently, the partners proceeded to discuss deadlines, as well as matters related to Quality Assurance, Evaluation and Dissemination.

C1 activity

Dates: 3 – 7 of July 2023

Venue: Badajoz, Spain

📲The partners participated in the project’s Learning Mobility (C1) from the 3 – 7 of July 2023, in which youth workers were also invited, in order to review all of the products developed including the KNOWLEDGE PACK, the ACTIVITY PACK, the InnerYOU Mobile Application and the YOUTHMINDS e-Learning platform! In addition, during the hybrid C1, the partners discussed about the upcoming activities of the project that will encompass the C2 activity and the local challenge, to which the partners will test the InnerYOU application with young people.

On 27-28 November, 2023 we conducted our final transnational meeting in Łódź, Poland.
As the YouthMINDS project is coming to its final phase, we took stock of the project's achievements for the past almost two years and defined its final activities. During the meeting, we discussed the implementation of the YouthMINDS Challenges in each partner country, as well as the remaining dissemination activities and the final reporting aspects.
Additionally, on 28 November the YouthMINDS conference “The importance of developing basic skills and key competencies for Mental and Emotional Wellbeing” took place in the Academy of Humanities and Economics of Łódź with the attendance of more than 80 participants from different countries.

C2
During 27 November - 1 December, 2023, our C2 Blended Mobility "Mental Health Ambassadors" took place in Łódź, Poland.
27 young people from Poland, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Spain, Greece and Cyprus participated in activities for mental health wellbeing and resilience that were developed throughout the project. They learned psycho-emotional skills on topics like self-awareness & self management, social awareness, relationship skills, responsible decision making, recognising emotions and behaviours and solving challenging situations.
The young people actively engaged in raising the awareness aroung Mental Health and Wellbeing through group activities for the creation of a digital campaign, making them our Mental Health Ambassadors!
